Why are Colorado car accident fatalities higher?

- Speeding drivers who can't slow down in time to avoid a collision.
- Distracted drivers who aren't paying attention and cause serious or fatal car accidents.
- Aggressive or reckless drivers who break the rules of the road, including running a red light, not yielding for pedestrians in a crosswalk, or making an illegal turn at an intersection.
